Hi David. I have rats in the attic I have a company called Seven Oaks animal control Command and they are baiting the loft, it's a bungalow and it's truly frightening, I am in the process of finding someone to clear out the loft and bin everything :( That way he can bait it, it's a large loft space as it's been Seven Oaks pest control extended, I am also cementing the area between the roof tiles and the guttering as that's where they think they are getting in...am I doing the right thing plse? I have no idea how long they have been here, as it's only been approx 2 weeks since Seven Oaks wildlife removal I have been hearing noises. I live in Seven Oaks.

I have seen a rat in my garage (Seven Oaks area) that is mainly Seven Oaks wildlife removal black with a white or pink tail. I was wondering if this is a wild rat or a domestic rat that someone turned loose. I have never seen rats in this area for the last 20+ years. I also found a white rat in my backyard a few months ago that my dog killed. Please let me know what Seven Oaks animal trapping you think. The only pictures I have seen of wild rats in Colorado are brown or black with dark tails. Thanks, Cheryl

That does sound suspicious. I don't know much Seven Oaks animal trapping about rats in Denver, but I do believe there is a population of rats there. But in your case, especially with the white rat, I'd suspect pet/lab rats.

I have a issue with rodents in my kitchen molding and above the cabinets....We have a company that has set traps but it seems as if they are smarter than the typical rodent and Seven Oaks exterminator have avoided them. I am considering the poison option but don't want to have to deal with locating them once dead... As well the house was sealed to prevent them getting in or out but we still have them in here. Do you have any suggestions? This is very Seven Oaks exterminator upsetting and frustrating situation for me and my family!
